Wedding Bells

A couple weeks ago my husband and I drove to North Carolina for my friend Kelly's wedding!
Kelly and I met in kindergarten and have been friends ever since. So it was great to be able to share in this awesome day for her and her (future) husband. I was also honored to be asked to be one of Kelly's bridesmaids!
On our way down we left NH at 9:30pm and got to NC by 11:30am. I was so lucky my husband did all the driving on the way down and we were checked into our hotel by 12:30pm. We did have to wait a little for the room to be ready but it was worth it- the room was really nice, and the staff was even nicer. One of the nicest things about traveling into NC were the wildflowers growing alongside the highways. It is so nice when you come upon a patch of color like this.....

On the day of Kelly's wedding the weather was so perfect it was in the low 80's, and it made for some great photograph's at a nearby park. Kelly's photographer Julie was super nice, and she has a great blog with examples of her work and photography tips.
This is one of my favorites.

Erin was the flower girl and she was too cute! Isn't she adorable?

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. G!!
