biarritz, france

Back in October of 2002 I traveled to Biarritz France to visit my girlfriend Maider. I originally met Maider back in Brookline, MA while we were taking classes at Emerson College in Boston. Biarritz is the last big resort town before entering Spain (where Maider is from). I spent a couple days enjoying biarritz before meeting up with her.

Known for its small horseshoe shaped beach, surfing, and shopping. This is where I purchased my first Herve Chapelier handbag. My last day in Biarritz I enjoyed a beverage at The Café de la Grande Plage. This is the cafe that overlooks the beach seen in this photo its great relaxing location to enjoy some people watching.
I loved my hotel room, it was very simple but had loads of charm. I even had my own little balcony from my bedroom which overlooked a flower garden.

The trip would not have been complete without a trip to the Museum of Chocolate, my dad is a candy man after all!
